Browse, search and continue every Claude Code conversation — right inside your editor. Claude Code keeps your sessions on disk but gives you no way to look back at them. This does.

A task list that is just Markdown files — and that writes itself down. Every Claude Code session is recorded back into the task it belonged to, so a week later you still know what you actually did.

Memory for AI-assisted work

History is read straight from your own disk. We run no servers and collect no conversations.
